Adding Report Test Age calculations to Strength Performance sample selector

On the Strength Performance report sample selector grid, we have received a request to add the % Diffrence between the high and low specimens (cylinders or cubes) on the sample selector grid. The % Diff = (high-low)/ avg(high & low). While we are in that section of the code, are there other calculations we need to include?
