We are discussing adding a web-enabled dashboard to CMDqc. A user would be able to use a web browser to go to a CMDqc dashboard. The dashboard would be organized like a stoplight -
Red light - Requires immediate action. Low concrete cylinder, aggregate test result out of spec, batch watcher alerts for out of tolerance issues
Yellow light - Requires upcoming action. Submittal required. Concrete test result due. Aggregate test result due. Concrete mix design producing marginal strength
Green light - opportunities for growth. Concrete mix design overproducing strength. Batch tolerances exceed specified limits.
Does this sound like a good idea? What benefits do you think you would receive from this?
What other topics do you think would be good to be included in the stoplight options (what are different things that would go into the red, yellow and green categories)?
